Holiday Tip #4 – Buyer Reviews
We all know that online reviews can heavily factor into a shopper’s decision process (check out the results from this study conducted by Deloitte earlier this year). They help you build credibility (especially with potential new customers) and improve customer satisfaction based on invaluable feedback – both of which are crucial to the survival of your business. Did you know that you can implement (and manage) Nextag’s buyer review program directly from your dashboard? If you aren’t already capturing buyer reviews, here are 3 ways you can start now:
1. To capture reviews at checkout with a popup, add a pixel code to your sales confirmation page. Go to:

And grab the pixel code:
2. The second way to start grabbing reviews is to add a survey link to your order confirmation emails. You can find the personalized link to include in your emails in the “Implement Buyer Survey” section (the same place you would find the pixel code from above).
Copy the URL at the bottom of this page – it’s the link that will direct your customers to your review page.
3. The third way to get reviews is to add the Seller Badge on your site. Go to:

Once you accept Nextag’s Seller Badge terms and conditions, you can copy and paste the provided html code onto your home page, or any other page of your website.
After the code is installed, the approriate badge should appear on your website:
